Compared to other petroleum, the natural gas combustion remains cleanest and one showing less CO2 emission. These reasons make of important issues study. The separation NGL is energy intensive. This operation performed through a series column including debutanizer column. present work devoted optimize consumption at level response surface technique deploying central composite numerical design followed makes use available data from refinery. Using multiple linear regressions, optimization method leads us three reliable models. Each models takes as input reflux ratio head pressure in order predict condenser heat duty, reboiler duty purity produced butane. Suggested mathematical were validated their reliability was assessed via set statistical analyses. aims simultaneously minimize reboiler, maximize ejected Butane. step allowed define optimal values pressure, with desirability function equal 99 %. Under determined values, operating cost industrial process reduced by 38 % 37 %, respectively, besides, high butane noticed reaching From an economic point view, ratio, may contribute decrease emission increases efficiency.
